Refunds


If you are not wholly satisfied with The Chameleon Case upon its arrival, do not hesitate to contact us.

If there is a significant defect regarding the function or appearance of the case, we will arrange for a replacement case to be sent - free of charge. However, outside of extraordinary circumstances we will not issue full refunds.

Possible Degradation of the Outermost Crystals


During the development phase, we noticed that in a number of cases, ambient room heat infiltrated the edges of the case over a period of several months.

We have investigated this property, and have found it to be an inevitable attribute to the liquid crystal technology. After extended exposure to high heat levels in your trouser pocket, say. The activation temperature is gradually lowered until the case appears to have a faint trim on the edges of permanent colour changed crystals. This is not in fact the case - in cold temperatures the crystals will revert to black (from blue).

We do not view this as an defect within the product as the trim helps to contribute to the individuality of every case. While we will not - at present - offer refunds for cases exhibiting this property, we are investigating methods of mitigating its onset or appearance.
